Copy and Contract Requirements
New Parent Magazine reserves the right to reject any advertising that it deems inappropriate, or that is contrary to business policies, whether or not the advertising has been accepted and/or advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents. In consideration of this acceptance, the agency and/or advertiser, jointly and separately agree to indemnify and hold publisher harmless from any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon the contents or subject matter of such advertisements, without limitation. Cancellation orders will not be accepted after the closing date for a given issue as published in the rate card. Advertisements that simulate editorial content must be clearly defined and labeled “advertisement”. Positions are not guaranteed unless mutually agreed in writing by publisher and advertiser and/or advertising agency. Publisher is not responsible for error in key numbers.
Terms & Conditions
Payment terms are 15 days from invoice date. Payment received later than 15 days are subject to a 1.5% charge of the net invoice for each month or portion thereof which is in arrears. Agency commission of 15% of gross billing allowed to recognized agencies.
