Mom Says: The Mutsy 4Rider is a fantastic stroller that I have recommended to family and friends. I love its modern appearance (I’ve received numerous compliments!), and its mobility is unbeatable. I have used a few other strollers, and this stroller is really unlike any of the them. The front wheels swivel, making it extremely easy to maneuver; the large rear wheels also provide great stability. It handles very well on the uneven sidewalks in my neighbor, and I am looking forward to using it while camping this spring. It seems as though it can be used on almost any terrain.
The 4Rider has minimal assembly (only snapping on the wheels). Getting it ready for use is just as easy: you simply unfold the frame and snap in the seat or the carrycot (this also provides simple storage). The interchangeability of the features is the best aspect of this stroller. All of the features can be attached or detached in seconds. The stroller also comes with a carrycot – a full size bassinet for babies up to 33lbs. This bassinet can be very useful even when detached from the stroller frame, and works great for laying the baby down for naps.
The seat is my favorite feature! It can be used as both forward and reverse facing (my biggest complaint about my old stroller is that it was only forward facing). The ability to have my baby facing me when he’s in the stroller is a major plus. The seat can be used for babies from 3 months old and up to 55lbs (also a plus since my baby is big!).
Another advantage is that the push bar is adjustable. This is great for tall moms and dads, and also great for restaurants (the lowest setting makes the stroller very compact). The footrest and seat depth are also adjustable, and the canopy and bumper bar are removable.
I love this product and plan to get a lot of use out of it!
Pros: maneuverable, versatile, stylish, appropriate for babies of all ages
Cons: seat depth is slightly difficult to adjust, lack of armrests
Mom Rating: A+
