Did you know babies and children laugh up to 300 times a day?! Adults laugh far less…sometimes less than 15 times a day!

Research has shown laughter combined with a positive outlook can even increase longevity. Scientists now show a connection between pessimism and physical illness and consider it a risk factor for disease—just like high blood pressure or smoking!
