Age: 16-20 months

What You’ll Need: One bucket…nature will supply the rest!

Where To Do It: Your backyard, park, a stroll through the neighborhood…

Now What?: Let your toddler hold the bucket as you both walk around looking for interesting objects (that are toddler safe, of course!). Collect leaves, pine cones, stones, and flowers and let your toddler place them in the bucket. In addition to being entertaining, this will allow him to practice hand/eye coordination.

Out of ideas for playtime? This simple activity will spice things up.
