Need something super nutritious—and fast? This creamy fruit smoothie packs tons of protein, vitamins, and fiber, and it’s ready in less than 5 minutes.
1 cup nonfat or low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 1/4 cups frozen berries
1 teaspoon almond extract
Add of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 grown-up servings or 3 toddler servings
This snack is berry good.
