Working Mother just released its 25th annual list of 100 Best Companies. Companies among the top ten are Bank of America, Deloitte, Discovery, Ernst & Young, General Mills and IBM.
In order to be considered for this list, businesses had to answer more than 600 questions about various benefits they provide their working moms. Working Mother judged these companies based on factors such as flex time programs, maternity leave, childcare, and more.
Working Mother began compiling this list in 1986 with 30 companies on it. Since then, it’s grown to 100 (with IBM and Johnson and Johnson being on it from the beginning.)
