Partner with your little one to make simple treats like these delicious, nutritious ice pops.

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
2 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup thawed apple juice concentrate
1 lime
10 (3-ounce) ice pop molds or 10 (3-ounce) drinking cups and 10 wooden craft sticks

Directions
1. Rinse blueberries and raspberries, and place them in a blender with thawed apple juice concentrate.
2. Cut lime in half. Squeeze juice from one half (about 1 tablespoon) and add to blender. Cover blender and purée mixture until smooth.
3. Pour berry mixture into ice pop molds or drinking cups. If using cups, insert a wooden craft stick in each cup. Put molds in freezer (or nestle cups in an 8×8-inch baking pan and place in freezer) and freeze until pops are solid, about 3 hours. Dip bottom of mold or cup in warm water for 2 to 3 seconds to release pop.
